That’s not really true. If you’re dumb enough to have a GS do your surgery then yes, you won’t be happy with your results. All it takes is a little research on your local Plastic Surgeons, and chances are you’ll find a good one. If you find a good surgeon, you most likely will look like you’ve never had surgery, and your chest will look completely normal.

im 19 and ive still got it had it for bout 6 years but when i started drinking (especially beer) and blazing it really made it bad. but i think its cause i drank and blazed disgusting amounts ive had alchol withdrawals and anxiety/panic attacks from drinking and blazing. i recentley had a blood test and results came back normal for both hormones and liver disease or damage which the doctor seemed to think was causing it.

i gt this from smoking weed and binge drinking damaged my liver causing my body to produce loads estrogen. even though i went gym up to 4-5 times a week and ate healthily my upper chest was ripped and pretty defined but my lower chest was flabby with puffy nipples lol this is so embarrassing!

humans are not manufactured on a embly line like cars, so we are not identical, every human is unique with totally different features. Its very normal if u hv nipples that r larger. There is no one to compare ur self to.

as some people mentioned before…if it’s pseudo-gynocomastia then losing weight by working out and diets should work fine…but if some breast tissue developed under the adipose tissue, then it’s impossible to get rid of it with the methods before mentioned…surgery it’s really the only option.
