Im 18, almost 19 and have larger breasts for a more petite body. Being that they are larger, obviously gravity’s gonna pull them down. I don’t want saggy breasts at such a young age!! what can I do to make them lift, firm or get perky. Any advice? Im open to all options!
Im not crazy about the idea of cosmetic surgery and I doubt I could even afford that! so hopefully you all can help me out. Like any other woman, I want to love my body and feel sexy and confident with it as well. Let me know of any special exercises, products or anything else you can think of that will help me out.
thanks!

Start now by bettering your posture. Then wear a bra all day long and when you sleep. Make sure you get one with lots of support. Push up bras are good too. Go to the site I sourced and scroll down until you see "8 breast firming…" they will not make your boobs bigger, but they will help prevent sagging. p.s. i am dealing with the same thing you are!

"Two rescue dogs have been given cosmetic surgery to make them look more appealing to potential owners.

Morgan and Emma, both chocolate labradors, had breast lifts costing £1,200 in a bid to find them a new home.

After years of overbreeding, the pets were left with sagging folds of skin which left their teats nearly touching the ground.Staff at the Wallace Kennels in Stondon Massey, near Brentwood, Essex, said it was putting off potential owners so they decided to make them look better."
http://www.metro.co.uk/weird/801868-scooby-booby-doo-dogs-get-boob-jobs

That’s so wrong, I would never let my dogs have surgery unless it was for a health reason and they had to have it. Why risk a dogs life ( especially an older dog) for the sake of cosmetic surgery, as long as they’re healthy and safe who cares what they look like.

Hopefully they do get adopted though

EDIT- Kerry makes a good point, if they didn’t think it was worthwhile they wouldn’t of put the dogs through the surgery. It’s just so sad that the dog’s had to get the surgery for higher chance of adoption just because people didn’t want them because of what they looked like.

The U.S. Senate recently released its long-awaited proposal for a government-run hostile takeover of the entire U.S. health care system. Predictably, it includes a barrage of higher taxes to pay for the bill’s immense price tag. [...]

All these increases, combined with state and local income taxes, would raise the average top marginal rate in the U.S. to over 52 percent. This would be higher than traditionally high-tax countries such as Italy, Spain, and even France. [...]

Below is a list of the tax increases Congress and the Administration have proposed to finance health care reform. This list includes taxes in the bill passed by the House of Representatives, the bill the Senate is currently debating, and other taxes mentioned as a possible way to pay for health care reform.

•An income surtax on taxpayers earning more than $500,000 a year,[1]
•An excise tax on high-cost “Cadillac” health insurance plans that cost more than $8,500 a year for individuals or $21,000 for families,[2]
•An excise tax on medical devices such as wheelchairs, breast pumps, and syringes used by diabetics for insulin injections,[3]
•A cap on the exclusion of employer-provided health insurance without offsetting tax cuts,[4]
•A limit on itemized deductions for taxpayers with a top income tax rate greater than 28 percent,[5]
•A windfall profits tax on health insurance companies,[6]
•A value-added tax, which would tax the value added to a product at each stage of production,[7]
•An increase in the Medicare portion of the payroll tax to 3.4 percent for incomes great than $200,000 a year ($250,000 for married filers),[8]
•An excise tax on sugar-sweetened beverages including non-diet soda and sports drinks,[9]
•Higher taxes on alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and spirits,[10]
•A tax on individuals without acceptable health care coverage of up to 2.5 percent of their adjusted gross income,[11]
•A limit on contributions to health savings accounts,[12]
•An 8 percent tax on all wages paid by employers that do not provide their employees health insurance that satisfies the requirements defined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services,[13]
•A limit on contributions to flexible spending arrangements,[14]
•Elimination of the deduction for expenses associated with Medicare Part D subsidies,[15]
•An increase in taxes on international businesses,[16]
•Elimination of the tax credits paper companies take for biofuels they create in their production process–the so-called “Black Liquor credit,”[17]
•Fees on insured and self-insured health plans,[18]
•A limit or repeal of the itemized deduction for medical expenses,[19]
•A limit on the Qualified Medical Expense definition,[20]
•An increase in the payroll taxes on students,[21]
•An extension of the Medicare payroll tax to all state and local government employees,[22]
•An increase in taxes on hospitals,[23]
•An increase in the estate tax,[24]
•Increased efforts to close the mythical “tax gap,”[25]
•A 5 percent tax on cosmetic surgery and similar procedures such as Botox treatments, tummy tucks, and face lifts,[26]
•A tax on drug companies,[27]
•An increase in the corporate tax on providers of health insurance,[28] and
•A $500,000 deduction limitation for the compensation paid by health insurance companies to their officers, employees, and directors.[29]

Its that and worse. Obamacare will put the finishing nail in the coffin of freedom that this country was founded on by the Godly Forefathers.

I can’t think of one thing worse than liberalism or those evil people that want to require you to pay for your neighbors health care.

I lost a lot of weight (stones), as was advised to by NHS Doctor. However, now I am more unhappy, than when I was very obese. My breasts never came down in size from (42D) with the weight loss, and now hang with extra skin, down to my waist. I have to lift them up to get into a bra and bathe underneath them. They are very heavy and can be painful, and hang out of most bras. I sought NHS help but have been turned down twice. I feel very angry as it was through the NHS advice that I lost all the weight. Why won’t the NHS help with the aftermath of gross weight loss? Excercise has not helped my breasts. I often feel like cutting off my own breasts. I’m 37 and desperate. I would even be a guinea pig for a trainee plastic surgeon to practice on. I’m not vein and not wanting surgery for cosmetic reasons, but because my breasts are ruining my life. I cannot afford private treatment, so that is not an option.
Thanks for all your help. I DID however, work out like mad, but I was told that no amount of excercise will tighten my breasts, as although no smaller, they are mostly just loose skin now.

sometimes your local mp can help with things like that,or at least help you find people who can help..good luck and i hope u do find somewhere or someone that can help.

Thanks for all your help. I did however, work out like mad, but I was told that no amount of excercise will tighten my breasts, as although no smaller, they are mostly just loose skin now. Still 42D, and heavy.

It’s actually a common problem for anyone who has had a dramatic weight loss. The part your doc went wrong was not making you aware of this in the beginning. My sister went in for gastric bypass surgery, and the first thing they told her about was the excess skin. She’s currently saving up for cosmetic surgery. I had the same problem after I had my second son. My chest was 32c before I had my son, and by the time that he was born they were a 42DD. After I stopped producing milk, they shrunk back to their old size only they hung like two water balloons in tube socks lol. I did have surgery done to bring them back up. It took me a year to save up the money for the surgery. But I couldn’t be happier. So try throwing all your extra change in a coffee can, cut out the unnecessary things in your life (like I cut out my Starbucks coffee and cigarettes) and put that money in the can. Before you know it you’ll have the money to get it done.
