While all those opportunities you talk about sound great, they're not really geared toward a medical profession. They're more the sort of things an admissions counselor would look for from someone who wanted to study anthropology or a social science. Try to pursue extracurricular activities that are more science oriented, and, of course, keep working on those science classes that are giving you trouble.
