Muslims, can Muslims get plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons?

I noticed that Iran has a lot of nose jobs. Plastic surgery – nose jobs, women’s breast implants, men’s pec implants, liposuction, and etc.

You’re not supposed to, but since when were Muslims perfect?
