I have a scar from surgery, will cosmetic surgery improve it a lot?

I had two abdominal surgeries and I was left with a really ugly looking scar on my belly. The doctor cut in exactly the same place both times. It’s a 5 inch long verticle scar. I know that cosmetic surgery is the only way to improve it. My question is, how much better will it look and about what would the cost be? It looks really bad right now, trust me.

Get 1000 units of vitamin E capsules and break one everyday. apply it to the scar and rub it in. It does certainly take the scars away in do time. It may take a while but it’s a lot cheaper than cosmetic surgery unless you can afford it.
