Meditation Made Easy
I like to think of myself as being spiritual and I have always liked the idea of meditation. The problem is that whenever I have tried it it’s done nothing for me. I can’t quiet my mind and I cannot sit cross legged, it’s uncomfortable. So my yoga instructor suggested that I try guided meditation, he said it would be a much easier way for me to relax than the traditional eastern style of meditation. It certainly feels like a more western approach to meditation, you can lie down, put on headphones, shut your eyes and have a guide talk you into a state of relaxation. It’s certainly a lazier way to meditate, but it is much more comfortable and it works wonderfully for me.
