On Giving Yourself Realistic Goals
The stress and pressure of your workload could easily be handled by giving yourself realistic goals and time frame. Stress usually comes from not being able to handle the appointments well for the day, and of course other different factors, like lack of sleep and etc. Anyway, managing your appointments well can be effectively done by setting a time frame for your activities that is pragmatic.
Take your Air Climber exercises for example. Give yourself 30 minutes for this activity, the first 5 minutes for warming up, 20 minutes for the exercise, and the last 5 minutes to get you prepared for the next activity for the day.
