If you could have cosmetic surgery what would you have?

Don’t bother answering if you are going to be like oh you shouldn’t have cosmetic surgery or whatever, it’s a personal choice.

If I could have cosmetic surgery I’d have:
Chemical peel
Liposuction (I’m seriously considering this one)
Possible a tummy tuck

Liposuction is a good way to remove all that excess fat. its pretty interesting the way its done. check out Dr Prasads liposuction video.

  9. Boobs lifted..had a tummy tuck…not because i`m vain or anything, i had three c-sections and was left with a large overhang it was the most painful thing ever and has left my stomach looking like a cats mouth…oh and my new tummy button is gross…i wish i`d never had it done.

  14. I don’t think I’d want anything done.. I used to want a nose job because I hated my nose, but then I woke up one day and realised it’s what makes me different :)
    I guess I’d quite like to have my boobs reduced because they’re too big for the rest of my body -__-"

  17. ok first of all you can’t tell people not to answer! second of all chemical peels always make people look bad–i have never seen a good one and i can always spot one like a mile away. if i did have cosmetic surgery i would have liposuction on my bum. it is really big and black guys are always trying to talk to me.
