Occasionally the biological effects some people have are unwanted – everyone is different of course. So don’t get paranoid and refuse to buy flax seed through unfounded fear. Simply learn about all the different forms of flax seed (e.g. flax seed meal, flax seed oil), what their pros and cons are, maybe ask your physician, but make an informed decision about how you can incorporate this fabulous little seed into your diet and so obtain a more balanced diet.
